How long are lease terms?
Leases term at the end of every calendar year with an option to renew if mutually agreed upon.
Do you help with marketing?
We desire for our brand to fade into the backdrop in order to highlight and showcase the brands of our incredible vendors. We love to feature each of our vendors on our website and social media pages, and collaborate with all of our vendors as a group so you can all help one another gain more visibility in the KC community.
How is rent structured?
Because we know firsthand all the work that goes into creating a business, we are personally rooting for the success of each of our vendors. Vendors pay base rent, common area/maintenance fees, and a shared percentage of site-wide taxes and insurance. We have intentionally created Iron District as a safe environment for your business to grow and thrive.
